LGBTQ+ History Month is for everyone.

It is celebrated every February across the UK to raise awareness of the history and achievements of the LBGT+ community.

This year’s theme #BehindTheLens celebrates LGBTQ+ peoples’ contribution to cinema and film from behind the lens. Directors, cinematographers, screen writers, producers, animators, costume designers, special effects, make up artists, lighting directors, musicians, choreographers and beyond.

Throughout the month, Man Met are hosting a programme of events for our staff, students and the public.
