What is the Rolls-Royce i-Accelerator?
Are you interested in data, technology and AI in the engineering or technology sector? Rolls-Royce have partnered with EDI to create this virtal work experience programme. Work on a live project brief from a truly iconic business. Learn about Rolls-Royce and the digital transformation underway to become the world’s leading industrial tecnology company. You’ll gain invaluable insight into the sector and devlop skills transferrable to the world of work.

Who should apply?
– Black and ethnic minority undergraduate students in year 1 or 2 of study
– From any degree discipline, with a focus on STEM and/or business
– With an interest in a the future of data, technology, AI and in the tech or engineering sectors

How will the i-Accelerator work?
Each student will work in a team of five to develop a solution to a challenge, presenting this back to senior leaders on the last day of their virtual work experience. Various workshops will be delivered throughout the week and students will get the opportunity to develop their professional network.
