Your purpose built Student Hub is dedicated to providing an excellent service to all service users. Our committed and professional teams work collaboratively to put students at the heart of everything we do. We know universities are large and complex organisations, so if students are unclear on which team to contact directly for a non-academic query, they can access the Digital Hub 24/7 or approach the Student Hub for help from an adviser.

We are here to help resolve a wide range of non-academic queries through an accessible frontline service. The primary focus of what we do is to listen to our students and provide advice and guidance to help resolve the query. This can include making onward referrals to specialist teams on the student’s behalf to ensure they receive the best support possible

    We have populated the Digital Student Hub with hundreds of FAQs, giving you 24/7 access to information.
  • Contact a Student Adviser via the Virtual Hub
    Currently available: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm
    Ask a Student Adviser directly via telephone or Digital Student Hub.
  • Face-to-face appointments are not currently available at the Student Hubs due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please contact our service online or by phone instead.
